Ms. Manmeet Kaur
Manmeet Kaur is an accomplished professional with fine analytical, planning and organizational abilities. She gained 13+ years of experience in the field of finance while working with a Bank and a couple of investment banking firms before cofounding PBFS. She has acquired profound industry knowledge , excellent relationships and significant interpersonal skills.
She has been instrumental in improving efficiency by implementing appropriate solutions. She has successfully executed various projects in varied sectors including infrastructure, logistics, shipping, aerospace, manufacturing, trading, real estate, engineering, mining, IT, financial services and others.
Mr. Girish Rohra
Girish Rohra has over 8 years of experience working with two boutique investment banking firms where he cultivated his analytical capabilities & an essential understanding of various business parameters and industry know-how.
Growing up in a business family fuelled his passion for finance, and gave him the opportunity to develop a reputable network within the business community across a diverse set of industries. His industry experience, valuable connections and strong drive have led him to source quality projects that have shaped the foundation of PBFS.

Mr. Vijay Bhatkar
Mr. Vijay Bhatkar is a veteran Banker having more than 45+ years of experience in the financial sector. He began his career in 1979 in Mumbai at a well known corporate group and moved on to become an accomplished banker. He headed several reputed positions in the banking industry. He retired as a General Manager (Credit) at “Bank of Baroda’s Greater Mumbai Zone”.
He is having varied and rich experience in credit, foreign exchange, administration, audit, banking operations, NPA management etc. He is extremely well connected and respected in the industry. Mr. Vijay has exceptional leadership skills, vision, experience and wisdom. He is the guiding pillar of PBFS.
Mrs. Rekha Nayak
Mrs. Rekha Nayak is a veteran banker having 40+ years of rich experience in India’s financial sector working across varied roles at diverse locations. Madam Rekha Nayak reached great heights of her dynamic journey as a banker and retired in 2018 as a General Manager at Union Bank Of India. Currently she is associated with a company which is part of the Murugappa group.
She is a true leader who has always been ready to shoulder higher responsibilities. She has been the guiding and driving force for her team members.
